Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and/or USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept payments via secure, third-party payment gateways.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and tracking details are provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Refunds

Some items (e.g., electronic parts, PCBs, donor drives) are non-returnable due to the sensitive nature of data recovery.
Refunds are considered only for defective items that are unused and reported within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
Training and support services are non-refundable once delivered.

Training & Support

All training programs (online or offline) are subject to prior registration and payment. Training materials, presentations, and techniques shared during sessions are the property of HDD Donor and must not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission.

Support services are offered on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee data recovery success.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
